Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Stay at Boma Hotel Entebbe
After an early breakfast, we shall head to L. Mburo national park where we shall have a stopover at the Equator, then have our lunch at Sky View Hotel Lyantonde and proceed to the park.
After breakfast, we shall have briefing by our guide then head for the game drive. During the game drive, you will be able to see many exciting animals like zebras, impalas, warthogs, waterbucks, and might also get a chance to see giraffes, elands, and buffalos. After having our lunch at the lodge, we shall head for a boat cruise on the lake where we shall have a chance of seeing animals like hippopotamuses, reptiles like crocodiles and enjoy the rich bird life.
Stay at Rwakobo Rock Lodge.
We shall start early after breakfast where we shall leave with our packed lunch, then proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a UNESCO world heritage site and is home to approximately half of the world’s endangered population of mountain gorillas.
Furthermore, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park lies between 1,190 to 2,607 metres above sea level and 60% of the park has an elevation of over 2,000 metres [6,600 ft].
Stay at Buhoma Haven Lodge.
After an early breakfast, we shall leave the lodge with our packed lunch and head to the visitor’s centre for briefing by the park’s head guide prior to the gorilla trekking exercise. It is one of the best experiences where you’ll come face to face with these giants and learn how they go about with their daily activities. This is one of the best/once in a lifetime experience that one must never miss.
After the gorilla trekking excursion, we shall have a community walk/Batwa experience later in the evening. During this experience, you’ll be able to learn about different community activities and cultures most especially the Batwa community who are believed to be the former occupants of the impenetrable forest.
Stay at Buhoma Haven Lodge
After breakfast, we shall head to Queen Elizabeth national park through the Ishasha sector which is commonly known for its tree climbing lions. Queen Elizabeth National Park was named after the queen of England after her visit in 1954. It lies in the great East African rift valley and is the second largest national park in Uganda. Queen Elizabeth national park consists of different types of mammals like; lions, leopards, bush and waterbucks, spotted hyenas, African elephants, buffalos, chimpanzees, to mention but a few and about 296 species of birds. We shall have our lunch at the lodge.

After an early breakfast, we shall get briefing from our guide then head out to the park for the game drive. During the game drive, we expect to see different mammals as seen above and different species of savannah birds. After our lunch at the lodge, we shall head for an exciting boat cruise on the Kazinga channel which connects lakes Edward and George and is also known for various species of water birds like; great white pelican, African skimmer, yellow billed stork, common sandpipers and many more with a big population of hippopotamuses. Other animals like elephants, crocodiles and many more are also common on the shores of Kazinga channel which are also often seen during the boat cruise.

Early morning after our breakfast, we will drive to Kibale Forest national park which is home of about 13 species of primates and is considered the best safari destination for chimpanzee trekking in East Africa. Kibale Forest national park, is home to about 1450 chimpanzees which is Uganda’s largest population of this endangered primate.
Kibale Forest national park is also home to the largest population of the threatened red colobus monkeys. It also consists of other primates like black and white colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, bush babies, red tailed monkeys, olive baboons and many more.
We shall have our lunch at The Gardens Restaurant in Fort Portal.
Stay at Chimpundu Lodge.
After our early breakfast, we shall head to Kibale Forest national park visitor’s centre for briefing by the park guides and later go for chimpanzee trekking. During this experience, you’ll be able to face these endangered primates and see them play and go about their daily routines. The trekking exercise always lasts from few to several hours depending on how far the chimps have moved. This is one of the best and fascinating experiences that one should never miss in his or her lifetime.
We shall have our lunch at the lodge after the chimpanzee trekking experience.
Stay at Chimpundu Lodge.
We shall drive to Murchison Falls national park very early after our breakfast where we shall also move with our packed lunch. It is located in northern Uganda, northwest of the capital Kampala and extends to a number of districts within and beyond the Bunyoro region. It lies in the Albertine rift valley which is also known as the Great East African rift valley with 3,840 sq. km acres of land. Murchison Falls national park is home more than 73 species of animals and about 451 bird species including the 23 Albertine endemics.
Stay at Pakuba Lodge.
After breakfast, we shall have briefing from our guide then head out for the game drive. During our game drive, there will be high chances of us seeing mammals like African elephants, giraffes, kobs, leopards, lions, to mention but a few and various species of birds including the 23 Albertine endemics. During that experience we will also hike to the top of the falls where we shall view the biggest part of the park and see one of the strongest water falls in Africa.
After our lunch at the lodge, we shall go for a boat cruise on river Nile where water giants like crocodiles, hippopotamuses, and water birds will be seen.
Stay at Pakuba Lodge.
After an early breakfast, we shall leave the lodge together with our packed lunch and head to Kidepo Valley National Park which is one of the best safari national parks in Africa. Kidepo is known for its big game of about 75 mammal species and 475 bird species. The park covers an area of about 1442 square kilometres and has an altitude ranging between 914m and 2750 metres above sea level. It is one of the biggest national parks in Uganda. Kidepo Valley national park is found in the northeast of Uganda at the border with Kenya and South Sudan and is surrounded by the culture of Karamojong and Ik people.
Some of the animals that are found in Kidepo are; giraffes, elephants, zebras, cheetahs, hyenas, waterbucks, lions among others. Kidepo is the only national park in Uganda where you go and see cheetahs. Cheetahs are regarded as the fastest animals on earth.

After our breakfast, we shall have briefing from our guide then head for a game drive. During the game drive, we might get a chance to see animals like zebras, Burchell’s zebras, giraffes, cheetahs, oribi elands, side stripped jackals, wild dogs and many more. During this experience, we will also be amazed by a collection of birds like; the ostrich which is regarded as the biggest bird on earth, verreaux’s eagle, Egyptian vulture, pygmy falcon, the secretary bird, white crested turacos, black breasted barbets and many more. After our game drive, we shall head back to the lodge for lunch.
Later in the afternoon, we shall go for a community walk whereby we shall learn/interact with the Karamojong and the Ik communities and learn how the two societies go about with their cultural norms and values. This is an experience that one should never miss in a lifetime.
